Project Architect / Project Executive  (Department of Planning & Development) 

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for the design, planning, execution and management of the company’s projects which include overseeing the co-ordination, budgeting, scheduling, quality control and progress of the projects.

  • Responsible in project management and liaise closely with internal or external parties regarding to design and technical issues.

  • Co-ordinate and follow up with internal or external parties on outstanding project matters and to assist on progress monitoring updates.

  • Oversee design proposal by all consultants.

  • Keep track of site progress and working schedule to meet deadlines.

  • Liaison with consultants, contractors, authorities and all relevant parties to ensure smooth implementation of project.

  • Ensure all technical and site issues are resolve in an efficient and cost effective manner.

  • Study, highlight and resolve any discrepancy of drawings.

  • Involved in budget and resource management.

  • To carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

  • Responsible for all project’s correspondence and documentations.

  • Maintaining and proper filing of project files.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Degree or Professional Degree in Architectural, Interior design, Graphic Design, Landscape Design, Engineering or other relevant fields.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in related field preferably mixed developments and high-rise building.

  • Preferably Senior Executives or Manager specializing in Architecture, Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

  • Required Skills : Well-versed with Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup, Microsoft Office (Excel, Power point, etc)

  • Able to write & communicate well in English and Bahasa.

  • Candidate possesses initiative, responsibility, delicacy, good working attitude, excellent in time management, able to meet deadlines and able to work independently under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, self-motivated.

  • Possess strong leadership skills, result orientated with proven track records.

Account Executive

Job Descriptions:

  • Responsible for finalization and reporting of accounts for company in accordance to Accounting Standards and ensure it up to date.

  • Work closely with Management and other divisions for project cost & budget control, claims etc.

  • In charged Account Payable and monitor on AR Report generated by other divisions.

  • Responsible for local tax regulations such as GST update and tax return.

  • Prepare ad-hoc report as per management request.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.

  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Developer’s Software, Housing Development Accounting will be added advantage.

  • Familiar with GST compliances

  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision & perform multitask under tight schedule.

  • Candidates who has been worked with a developer are highly encouraged to apply

  • At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience.

Job Descriptions:

  • Coordinate full range of Quantity Surveyor activities including project budget, taking-off and etc
  • Direct negotiation with contractors and sub-contractors for tendering purposes
  • Review, prepare and present Variation Order (VO) and following up with consultants on payment certificates
  • Supervising the works at site in accordance with the contract documents and using the template and procedure established by the consultant.
  • Calling for quotation and evaluation of sub-contractors
  • Preparation of tender documents, letter of award, letter of intent, agreement and etc
  • To handle all matters related to QS studies includes contract management, tendering (pre-post contract), estimation of cost and sources, site visit, liase with sub-con, preparing and certifying progress claims and payment
  • Possess sound knowledge of market rates, cost control, preparation of claims and site evaluation

  • To verify, prepare database, process and manage all matters related to QS duties including to liaise with the contractors, sub-contractors, consultant, supplier, internal department and etc
  • Any other task assigned by the superior

Candidate Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying/ Contract Management or equivalent.
