OUR STORY

Overview

JL99 Group heralds a fresh wave of progress in the Nation’s property development industry. We combine innovative architecture and cutting-edge design concepts in the creation of quality urban residential lifestyle and upscale commercial developments.

Since our inception, we have established a firm foundation with the launch of projects throughout the years. While in the upcoming years, we will be revealing Phase III of JL99 Legacity and another 5 projects including 4 redevelopment projects.

JL99 Group has successfully built a diversified property development portfolio ranging from High-end Residential Condominium, Mid-range Serviced Residences, Affordable Housing Project for Civil Servants and Redevelopment Housing Project.

Thereafter, Phase I of JL99 Legacity, known as 99 Residence, was vacant possession on 10th January 2024, embodying the concept of “Luxury Is Affordable”. We are honoured to announce that 99 Residence has received prestigious awards, including the Star Property 2020 awards for Excellence “The Starter Home Award”, Honours “The Family Friendly Award and Star Property Consumers’ Choice Awards”.

Additionally, JL99 Group has been recognized with the Best Developer Award at the ASEAN Property Developer Awards 2020 and the Golden Eagle Award from NanYang Siang Pau in 2023.

99 Residence has achieved an impressive 80% QLASSIC score! Developed by Construction Research Institute of Malaysia (CREAM), the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) which represent a mark of excellence that evaluates the quality of building works in Malaysia.

In 2023, we have launched the Phase II of JL99 Legacity, named 99 Legend, embodying the concept of “Exclusivity Is Affordable”. We pride ourself not only in providing integrated, the upcoming year is set to witness the launch of Phase III of JL99 Legacity.

JL99 Group has another 4 redevelopment projects in the pipeline which will be revealing in upcoming years.

JL99 Group also successfully diversified it’s business from property development to tourism sector in which 99 Wonderland Park (Wildlife in the City) has become one of the landmark tourism spots in Kuala Lumpur since year 2018. In the year 2022, JL99 Group also step into F&B business and started our first restaurant, 99 Seafood Restaurant.
